Ellipsis zBNB-BNB LP Exploit Update: Hello Everyone, We're here with an update on the Ellipsis exploit situation. Following our previous communication, we've successfully reached an agreement with one of the arbitrageurs. They have returned 80% of their profits, totaling $24,000. The plans are for this amount to be reimbursed directly among all zBNB-BNB LP providers. The next step involves distributing these funds to the LP providers and we propose to distribute them on a pro rata basis based on the number of LP tokens held. We've identified a list of 29 addresses from the blockchain that held LP tokens just before the exploit. You can find the full list here. Assuming everyone is in agreement and the addresses are confirmed, we aim to execute this distribution next Monday. While this is a step in the right direction, there is still work to be done and we will keep you updated on any further developments in the investigation. Our ongoing efforts are dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome for the LP providers, the community, and the protocol. Thank you and we hope to hear your feedback. Update: UI V2 - Introducing the New Network Page Hey, HZNation. A few weeks ago, we unveiled the beta version for Horizon Protocol's Unified Design, and the initial response was very positive. While the initial beta release showcased numerous major changes to Horizon Protocol, we're thrilled to announce another big addition today – the brand-new Network page. This page represents a comprehensive redesign of the current Horizon Dashboard, enriching your experience with Horizon Protocol. The Network page not only includes a wealth of data already found on the Horizon Dashboard, additionally, it introduces new metrics that are now easier to access than ever, such as token distribution pie chart, and daily exchange fee amounts. Let's dive right into what’s new: Status Tab: View the real-time status of the entire protocol. Monitor the live system status of Horizon Protocol, the staking system, and the exchange system. Additionally, you can now track the status of each zAsset individually. Certain zAssets, Forex such as zEUR and Equities such as zAAPL, mimic the original asset. These types of zAssets may go offline temporarily, aligning with the trading hours of the stock markets. This transparent overview ensures you're always up to speed with what's going on with zAssets and Horizon Protocol’s eco-system. Settings Tab: Gain insights into the inner workings of the protocol. View important parameters like the Target C-Ratio, Liquidation Ratio, Exchange Oracle Delay, and even the distribution details of weekly minted tokens. Update on the Ellipsis zBNB Liquidity Pool Hack Dear HZNation, we want to share we you some additional information on the actions taken by the team regarding the Ellipsis zBNB liquidity pool hack. We have messaged the attacker with an on-chain message offering a 10% bounty settlement of funds stolen if the remaining funds are returned. We are also working with the ETH security community and a professional negotiator/crypto scammer hunter to help us track down the exploiter. We are cautiously optimistic and hope the attacker will take the offer to settle the funds stolen from our community. We will keep you all updated on any new developments regarding this issue.

❗️❗️Target C-Ratio Change Implemented❗️❗️ 👋Hey HZNation! ✨As shared with you in our previous announcement, we have decided to move forward with HIP-6 (Lower C-Ratio from 700% to 600%). 🛠We are currently finishing the integration process, meaning that starting on Tuesday, May 2nd at 01:00 UTC the Target C-Ratios will be changed to: 🔹Aggressive: 600% (from 700%). 🔹Neutral: 800% (from 900%). 🔹Conservative: 1000% (from 1100%). 👉Users will not have to do anything special for this change, the regular actions for stakers still apply: 🔹Keep your C-Ratio above 200% to not get flagged for liquidation. 🔹Get your C-Ratio above 600% to claim your weekly rewards. 🙌We want to thank you again for your precious feedback. Together we took another step towards the realization of a fully functional DAO. 💬💬HIP-6 - Lower Target C-Ratio to 600%💬💬 👋Hey HZNation! ✍️We have drafted up a new HIP (Horizon Improvement Proposal). This one discusses the idea of lowering the Target C-Ratio from 700% to 600%. If this proposal is to go through, it would be the second change to the Target C-Ratio. The first time was the change from 800% to 700%, almost a year ago. The goal of this proposal is to discuss together whether lowering the Target C-Ratio is warranted or not. 📚Motivation for lowering the Target C-Ratio: This change would help increase the total zAsset liquidity, e.g. zUSD. This in turn will help users who are only interested in trading on Horizon Exchange without the need to stake HZN first. Additionally, increased zAsset liquidity can facilitate a higher trading volume, which in turn means more zUSD rewards for HZN stakers from the additional exchange fees. We expect an increase in zAsset demand as the roll out for Perpetual Futures trading and the major improvements on Horizon Exchange commences.
